Membership Guidelines
To provide a consistent experience and maintain the quality of each session, the following guidelines apply to all Brand Content Memberships:
Commitment
A 6-month minimum commitment is required.
After completing the initial 6 months, membership continues month-to-month.
A 30-day written notice is required to cancel after the initial commitment period.
Monthly sessions are reserved specifically for membership clients and cannot be transferred, exchanged, or refunded.
Session Details
Sessions are designed for creating fresh brand content and are not intended to replace a full branding session.
Additional outfits, locations, session time, images, or specialty requests may require an additional fee.
Weekend sessions are not included but may be available for an additional fee if scheduling allows.
Image Delivery
Images are professionally selected and edited by Lore de Cosio Photography.
Additional images beyond the membership allowance may be purchased separately.
Final galleries are delivered electronically.
Signature Member Benefit: Month 6 Branding Refresh Session
As a thank-you for your commitment, Signature Members will receive an upgraded Branding Refresh Session during their 6th month of membership.
Instead of the regular monthly content session, your 6th month session will be extended and designed as a more complete brand refresh to update and expand your professional image library.
Month 6 Branding Refresh Session Includes:
60-minute branding photography session
Up to 2 outfits
Multiple setups designed around your business and brand
15 professionally edited images
Branding Refresh Session Guidelines:
Available exclusively to Signature Membership clients
Requires 6 consecutive months of active membership
This replaces the regular Month 6 content session and is not an additional session
Must be scheduled during the 6th month of membership
Available Monday–Thursday during daytime hours only
Location must be within 10 miles of Rochester Hills
Any private property fees, studio rental fees, permits, admission fees, or other location costs are the client’s responsibility
Additional images, locations, extended time, or weekend availability may be added for an additional fee if available
Membership Changes
Membership benefits cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.
Membership pricing and offerings are subject to change for future members.
Scheduling
Sessions are available Monday–Thursday during daytime hours only.
Sessions are scheduled based on photographer availability.
Monthly sessions must be used within the membership month and do not roll over to future months.
Missed sessions or unused sessions cannot be accumulated for a future extended session.
Location
Membership sessions must take place within 10 miles of Rochester Hills.
Locations may include the client’s business, workspace, outdoor locations, or another agreed-upon nearby location.
Location planning is included with the Signature Membership to help create images that align with your brand.
If the client selects a private property, venue, studio, or location that requires a rental fee, permit, admission fee, or any other associated cost, the client is responsible for all fees and arrangements.
Travel outside the membership area may be available for an additional travel fee.
