Brand Content Membership Guidelines

To provide a consistent experience and maintain the quality of each session, the following guidelines apply to all Brand Content Membership clients.

Commitment & Payment

• A 6-month commitment is required for all Brand Content Memberships.

• Membership includes 3 scheduled content sessions during the 6-month period.

• Sessions are scheduled approximately every two months.

• Pay-in-full and payment plan options are available.

• Payment plans are divided into 2 scheduled payments. The payment plan is a convenience option and does not change the 6-month commitment.

• Membership fees are non-refundable once the membership begins.

• Membership sessions cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or applied toward other services.

Scheduling

• Sessions are scheduled in advance based on photographer availability.

• Sessions are available Monday–Friday from 8:00am to 6:00pm.

• Membership sessions must be completed during the active 6-month membership period.

• Unused sessions do not roll over after the membership expiration date.

• Rescheduling is subject to photographer availability.

Session Details

• Membership sessions are designed specifically for creating fresh brand content and are not a replacement for a full branding session.

• Express Membership sessions include a 20-minute session and Signature Membership sessions include a 45-minute session.

• Session time includes photography only. Additional time cannot be added unless purchased separately and available.

• Additional outfits, setups, images, or creative requests beyond the membership inclusions may require an additional fee.

Location

• Membership sessions must take place within 10 miles of Rochester Hills.

• Locations may include the client's business, workspace, outdoor locations, or another agreed-upon nearby location.

• Signature Membership includes brand-focused location planning to help select a location that aligns with your business and visual goals.

• If the client chooses a private property, venue, studio, or location requiring a rental fee, permit, admission fee, or any other associated cost, the client is responsible for all fees, permissions, and arrangements.

• Travel outside the membership area may be available for an additional travel fee.

Image Delivery

• Images are professionally selected and edited by Lore de Cosio Photography.

• Final images are delivered through an online gallery.

• The number of included images depends on the selected membership:

  • Express Membership: 5 edited images per session

  • Signature Membership: 10 edited images per session

• Additional images may be purchased separately.

Additional Services

The following are not included in the membership but may be available for an additional fee:

• Additional images

• Extended session time

• Additional locations

• Travel outside the membership area

• Weekend sessions

• Studio rental fees

• Specialty requests or additional creative planning

Signature Membership Month 6 Branding Refresh Upgrade

• As a Signature Membership benefit, your final session will be upgraded into a more complete branding refresh experience.

  Instead of the regular content session, Month 6 includes:

  ✓ 60-minute branding photography session
  ✓ Up to 2 outfits
  ✓ Multiple setups and content variations
  ✓ Brand-focused images designed for your website, social media, and marketing
  ✓ 15 professionally edited images
  ✓ Guidance on creating a refreshed collection of images that reflects your current business and brand

  Guidelines:

  • Available exclusively to Signature Membership clients.

  • The upgrade takes place during the 6th month of the membership and replaces the regular Month 6 content session.

  • It is not an additional session.

  • The membership must remain active and complete the full 6-month commitment to receive this benefit.

  • Available Monday–Thursday during daytime hours only.

  • Location must be within 15 miles of Rochester Hills.

  • Any private property fees, studio rental fees, permits, admission fees, or other location costs are the client’s responsibility.

  • Additional images, locations, extended time, or weekend availability may be added for an additional fee if available.
