I understand that photographic material, online gallery, proofs and previews are property of the photographer. No product will be released until the agreed amount is paid in full and that unedited photos or photos that are not share on the online gallery should not be requested to the photographer. *

The photographer shall make gallery available online within 20 days from the session.

Lore de Cosio Photography LLC retains the right to select the best images from the session for editing and delivery to the Client. Unedited, raw, or digital negative files are not available for viewing or purchase and will not be released under any circumstances. Lore de Cosio Photography LLC takes pride in providing high-quality, professionally edited images that meet the agreed-upon artistic standards and vision. Therefore, the Client agrees not to request or expect the delivery of unedited images.

I understand that my gallery will be available online for 30 days and after that if I wish to extend the time or re-open the gallery a $20.00 fee shall apply. *

I understand that any alteration or duplication is strictly prohibited without a written permission. Alteration include, but are not limited to, filters, cropping, or modifications of any kind. *

I understand that Lore de Cosio Photography LLC shall not be held responsible or liable for any damage to property or injury to persons that may occur during the photography session. The Client assumes all risks and responsibilities associated with the location and conditions of the session. *

If the session location is selected by the client, the client is fully responsible for ensuring that the location is accessible for photography purposes. This includes obtaining any required permissions, permits, or approvals and covering all associated fees. The photographer is not liable for any issues, delays, or cancellations arising from the client's failure to secure the necessary permissions or pay the required fees. Any rescheduling due to such circumstances will be subject to the photographer’s rescheduling policy and availability *

Child Cooperation Policy: Lore de Cosio Photography LLC understands that young children may sometimes have difficulty cooperating during photo sessions. While I provide tips and information beforehand to help prepare for a smooth experience and every effort will be made to create a positive and enjoyable experience Lore de Cosio photography LLC cannot be held responsible for instances where children may be uncooperative, including crying or reluctance to be photographed. In such cases, rescheduling, refunds, or extensions of session time will not be provided. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. *

I understand that if either party of this contract brings a legal action against the other party to this contract, collect damage for breach of this contract or otherwise enforce or interpret this contract, the prevailing party shall recover reasonable attorney's fee and all cost and expenses in the action in addition to any other relief that may be awarded. *

Social Media and Website Usage: I love sharing the beautiful moments I capture! If you agree to allow Lore de Cosio Photography LLC to use images from your session for social media, website, and promotional purposes it will help me grow my business and inspire others, and I promise to always respect your privacy. I will never share any personal or sensitive information alongside the photos. If you prefer to keep certain images private, just let me know, and we’ll work together to ensure your comfort. *
